2. Platform Overview

VC Khata is a system-generated lottery management platform designed to ensure fair, transparent, and automated lottery selection without manual intervention.

3. User Eligibility

Only users added by authorized admins are eligible to participate in the lottery system. Each user can participate in a maximum 50-month lottery cycle.

4. Lottery Selection Process

All lottery results are generated automatically by the system. VC Khata does not allow manual selection, influence, or modification of results.

5. One-Time Winning Policy

Once a user’s lottery is successfully drawn and payment is completed, the user will be permanently excluded from future lottery participation.

6. Payments & Responsibilities

VC Khata acts only as a system platform. Payment collection, distribution, and compliance responsibilities lie with the respective admins.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate the system
• Providing false user information
• Unauthorized access or data misuse

8. Limitation of Liability

VC Khata shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from misuse of the platform or admin-level operational decisions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

VC Khata may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
